Connecting with a Patient Access Specialist
We designed the PATHways program with individuals in mind. We recognize that every patient faces a different route toward treatment coverage; it’s our intent to choose the most efficient path forward. Our Patient Access Specialists are there to help navigate the way.
Patient Access Specialists will:
- Provide patients with comprehensive support during every phase of their treatment
- Explain to patients the results of their benefits investigation
- Discuss affordability options patients may be eligible for
- Keep patients informed about program updates as they occur
Once you prescribe an Amneal medication, inform patients about enrolling in the Amneal PATHways® program, or download an enrollment form here to complete together.

The Amneal PATHways® Co-pay Assistance Card
Eligible,* commercially insured patients may pay as little as $0 per treatment with an Amneal Biosciences product.

PATHways Welcome Guide
Once enrolled in the PATHways program, patients will receive a call from their Patient Access Specialist and this simple guide in the mail.

Be sure to opt in to the SMS program so they can receive text messages informing them of the status of their application and other important program information.

Be sure to answer the Patient Access Specialist’s calls. The caller ID will either appear as PATHways PSP or 1-866-426-6325. Patients can save the phone number in their contacts so that they always recognize their Patient Access Specialist’s calls.

Tell the Patient Access Specialist if they’re having trouble affording their medication.
The Patient Access Specialist will be able to help patients determine whether they are eligible for one of the many financial assistance† options available, including:- The PATHways Co-pay Debit Card
- The Amneal Patient Assistance Program
- Other third-party resources
